Terms of Service

These terms apply when you access or use CodeKit, operated by Wonzly.

Last updated: October 28, 2026

Using the service

CodeKit provides browser-based tools for generating and scanning QR codes and barcodes. You may use the service only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. You are responsible for your use of the service and for ensuring that any content you enter or encode is lawful and appropriate.

Your codes and content

You retain responsibility for the content you enter, generate, scan, save, or share. Check generated codes before distributing them: results may depend on the data you provide, the selected format, and the device or software used to read them. Do not rely on a code as the sole source of critical, safety-related, financial, or time-sensitive information.

You must not use CodeKit to facilitate fraud, impersonation, unlawful access, harassment, malware distribution, or other unlawful or harmful activity. Do not interfere with the service, attempt to disrupt its operation, or misuse its infrastructure.

Browser storage and third-party services

Saved history is stored in your browser and may be removed by clearing the site's browser data. Analytics, advertisements, previews, and external links may involve third-party services. Their services are provided under their own terms and privacy policies; CodeKit is not responsible for third-party content or services.

Availability and changes

CodeKit is provided without a promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, browser, code format, or scanner. Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. Keep your own copy of any information you need.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Wonzly and Muhammad Abrar will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded, or limits any rights you have that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use of CodeKit after a change means the revised terms apply, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without displacing any mandatory legal protections that apply to you. Any dispute will be handled by a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
